Adorn yourself with the Saramani “Emerald Glow” Waist Beads, handcrafted with vibrant green glass beads accented by golden crystals. This timeless strand blends beauty with cultural heritage, offering both elegance and purpose.

Cultural Meaning

  • Protection (Evil Eye): Waist beads are believed to absorb negative energy. When a strand breaks, it has served its purpose and should not be re-tied.
  • Growth & Milestones: Traditionally, waist beads are given to mark stages of life from childhood to adulthood, symbolizing growth and transformation.
  • Adornment and Confidence: Worn daily or on special occasions, they celebrate body awareness, femininity, and self-expression. They are also cherished as an intimate accessory between partners.

How to Tie Your Waist Beads

  1. Wrap beads around your waist or desired area.
  2. Slide beads along the thread to adjust size.
  3. Move extra beads to one side and cut the strand to save them for anklets or bracelets.
  4. Tie 3–4 secure knots, just like shoelaces.
  5. Cut the leftover thread but leave about half an inch near the knot so it stays secure.
  6. Wear with intention. Waist beads remain until cut off or when they break naturally.
