Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Saramani House. Because our pieces are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, our return policy is designed to balance fairness with the uniqueness of our products.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible Returns: We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Because each piece is unique, we cannot offer exchanges for identical items.

Shipping Damage: If your order was damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and notify us so we can assist.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at saramanihouse@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on where and how to send the item back.
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
