Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Saramani House. Because our pieces are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, or shape are not considered defects.
All approved returns must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care products (soap, oils, etc.)
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email saramanihouse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and issue
If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If your item was damaged during shipping, please also file a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We will assist if needed.
Exchanges
Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
